Plastics Technology in Perfection

The entire range of thermoplastic FiPur^® materials are processed using injection moulding. Depending on the customer specification and application, ready-to-use or semi-finished seals are manufactured.

Semi-finished seals are out-of-tool parts which undergo a second production step so that they receive their final end-shape properties. For example, dynamic seals require an individual geometry in order to cope with the fluids inside a hydraulic cylinder. That geometry, in form of sharp-edged sealing lips, cannot be moulded directly but must be cut in a subsequent step.

Predetermined application requirements of FiPur^® customers are key for the order-oriented production and the entire supply chain with the aim to achieve highest quality with maximum efficiency.
