FiPur® Wipers
Wipers: have the task to avoid the penetration of dirt, sand, water, etc. at axially moving rods and plungers.Through a tight fit in the groove and the elastic system of the wiper lip on the rod, the wiper prevents the entry of unwanted external media.

For pneumatic piston seals, rod seals are often combined with an additional wiping lip. It can allow two functions to be integrated in a so-called sealing and wiping element.
For this application, a material with a higher hardness is required. The material of choice in this case is FiPur® 105.
Optionally, we are also able to provide special material for specific applications.
