FiPur^® high-performance polyurethane - a success story!

The FiPur^® materials developed in line with market requirements are gaining more and more importance. To be able to meet the strongly increasing demand in the future, it was time to significantly expand the capacities in our own polymerisation.

Last year, the Fietz Group invested in a completely new, highly modern production department. From the liquefaction of the raw materials to the synthesis of the polymers to the granulation process, everything is in one hand and with maximum control. Production takes place in customized stainless-steel reactors, which can be heated or cooled as required and whose synthesis process is continuously monitored for quality.

The Fietz Group produces high-quality thermoplastic polyurethanes for special applications in hydraulics, pneumatics, gas spring and power transmission technology in this specially constructed production line. Compared to the previous production, the production capacity could thus be increased by a multiple.
